Exchanges

- To Exchange to a different size of the same item, kindly submit your request in the link above and choose your preferred size.

- To exchange to a different product, please contact us for exchanges at  contact@emvyofficial.com and we will facilitate the exchange. 

You can contact us in advance to facilitate exchanges at our warehouse location near Upper Paya Lebar.

 

Step 1: Submit Exchange Request:

  • Request an exchange for your item via the button above.

Step 2: Mail Back / Drop Off Item:

  • Drop off at shipping carrier of your own choice like Singpost.
  • Or drop it off at our warehouse location in Singapore
  • Contact us in advance to arrange a time to swop the item at our warehouse in Singapore.

Step 3: Wait for your Exchange Parcel

  • We'll mail out the exchange item.

 

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Step 2: Submit Return Request:

  • Request a return for your item via the button above.

Step 2: Mail Back / Drop Off Item:

  • Drop off at shipping carrier of your own choice like Singpost.
  • Or drop it off at our warehouse location in Singapore
  • Indicate order number on your parcel

Step 3: Refund Process:

  • We'll process your refund upon receiving the item.

 

Please note that the shipping fees to return the item will be paid by the customer.


Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that the shipping fees to return the item will be paid by the customer and we will deduct the shipping fees upon processing the refunds.
