Exchange

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please:

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Submit a return request for the item.
  2. Place a New Order:

    • Once your return is processed, make a new order for your preferred size or item.

Please note that the shipping fees to return the item will be paid by the customer and we will deduct the shipping fees upon processing the refunds of the return.

Returns

  1. Submit Return Request:

    • Request a return for your item.
  2. Approval & Label:

    • Once approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
  3. Mail Back Item:

    • Affix the label and drop off at shipping carrier.
  4. Refund Process:

    • We'll process your refund upon receiving the item.

Please note that the shipping fees to return the item will be paid by the customer and we will deduct the shipping fees upon processing the refunds.

Kindly note that shipping charges cannot be refunded

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
